Fumo

Born as a result of three years of research, study and meditation, Fumo is an extra virgin Peranzana olive oil naturally cold-smoked with natural woods, an absolute novelty in 2015 and winner of the Tuttofood Innovation Award in the same year. It represents the perfect balance between aromas and flavours and enhances raw materials without covering their identity, giving hints of embers to crudités, salads but also to dairy products.
